Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 21 October 2026. These Terms apply to every order placed through this website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by ROASLIT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17454134, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ROASLIT LTD, trading as WayWood, and "you" means the person placing the order.

You can contact us at any time by email at woodwayhelper@outlook.com. We reply within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 GMT.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern sales of the WayWood walking pad and related items to consumers in Canada. By placing an order you confirm that you can legally enter into a contract in your province or territory and that you are buying as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Images are for illustration and the colour and grain of natural wood vary from one unit to another, so slight differences between the photographs and the item you receive are normal and are not a defect. Dimensions and weights given in the specifications are approximate, with a tolerance of plus or minus 2 per cent.

4. Your order and how the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the item is out of stock, because a pricing error has occurred or because we are unable to deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any amount already taken in full.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, if any, and the final order total are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard tracked shipping in Canada is free.

Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs and the error should reasonably have been apparent to you, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply the product at the wrong price.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order. Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider's own terms. We never see or store your full card number. If your payment is declined or reversed by your bank, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Canada. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch; remote destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of order confirmation, contact us to arrange a resolution or a full refund for undelivered goods. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days if it arrives damaged, with photographs where possible, so that we can resolve it quickly.

8. Our 14 day cancellation policy

Under our voluntary cancellation policy, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. This policy is in addition to your applicable consumer rights. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, simply email woodwayhelper@outlook.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. A clear statement by any means is enough, but email is the fastest.

Once you have told us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We refund the full price paid, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If their value is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the product, we may deduct that reduction in value from your refund.

9. Our 30 day satisfaction promise

In addition to your legal rights, and without limiting them, we offer a commercial 30 day trial. If the product is not right for you, email us within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a full refund of the purchase price. The product must be complete and in a condition that allows resale or, at our discretion, recycling. This promise is a voluntary guarantee given on top of your statutory rights.

10. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Our products must match their description and be fit for their intended purpose. Our policy for faulty or misdescribed goods is set out below, in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws:

Within 30 days of delivery you may reject the goods and obtain a full refund.

After 30 days and within 6 months you may ask for a repair or a replacement. If that fails or is not possible, you may claim a refund, which may be reduced to reflect the use you have had.

For issues reported later, contact us about the manufacturer warranty and any rights that apply in your province or territory. We pay the return postage on any item that turns out to be faulty. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

11. 3 year manufacturer warranty

We warrant the product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description and photographs of the issue. If the claim is valid we will repair the product, replace it, or refund it, at our option.

The warranty does not cover normal wear such as surface marks and fading of the wood, damage caused by misuse, dropping, overloading, unsuitable cleaning products, exposure to moisture or extreme heat, use outdoors, commercial or institutional use, or any modification or repair not carried out by us. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

12. Safe use and health

This product is exercise equipment for indoor domestic use. Read the instructions before first use. Walk at a comfortable pace, use the product on a flat, stable and dry surface, wear suitable footwear, and keep children and pets away while it is in use. Do not run on it and do not exceed the maximum user weight stated in the specifications.

Physical activity carries risk. If you are pregnant, have a heart, joint, balance or blood pressure condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have any doubt about your fitness to exercise, speak to a doctor before using the product. We do not provide medical advice and nothing on this website should be taken as such.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, since we supply our products for domestic and private use.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products where applicable law makes us liable, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier failure, industrial action or interruption of supply. We will contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a full refund of anything paid for undelivered goods.

15. Your personal data

We use personal information to process and fulfil your order, provide support and meet our legal obligations. Where you have agreed to marketing, you can withdraw that agreement at any time. Contact us with questions about your information or to request access or correction. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and the WayWood name and logo, belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

17. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, email woodwayhelper@outlook.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the courts. You can also contact the consumer affairs office in your Canadian province or territory for information about your options.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this website at the moment you place your order, so please save or print a copy for your records.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer protections and access to local courts provided by the laws of your Canadian province or territory remain unaffected.

20. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to insist on a right does not mean we give it up. This contract is between you and us, and no other person has the right to enforce it.
